My only disappointment was that the Residence did not appear to have been checked thoroughly – light bulb missing in one bathroom.

1) The Nite we check in , already facing some problem from the bell service . They have take our bags to some oter rooms. got stranded for atleast 40min before the found our lauggages. was very angry at that moment.
2) They check us in a 2 bedroom apartment but what i have made bookings is different.so i ask for deduction on the room rates when i check out. so not so happy with the service.

Since the location is quite far from town, it would be good if there is shuttle bus available to Kuta or Denpasar (at least the 2 main busiest town)

I was really impressed with the quality of your wellness centre and the staff were very polite and helpful in your hotel - i would definetly consider if i return to Nusa Dua to stay in your hotel again

i was very disappointed with my stay in nusa dua. i defintely won't go back. while my room was nice, the service was just awful - the worst of any hotel i've experienced. the staff seemed unfamilar with travelers checks, something that became an issue when they displayed discomfort with the
prospect of taking american currency. the hotel seemed disorganized - there were no planned activities for guests, the hotel's beach was covered in trash. the restaurant was mediocre. it was not a good experience. i would not recommend the hotel to anyone and i would be very reluctant to take a chance on another novotel in the future.
